Location Admins and Third-Party Business Operators

Jigg allows third-party business operators ("Location Admins"), such as fishing lodges, charter services, bait shops, and other fishing-related businesses, to claim and manage location listings on our platform.

Data Shared with Location Admins

Jigg reserves the right to share your data with Location Admins. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Capture data (photos, species, measurements, and timestamps) logged at or near their claimed locations
• Location and GPS data associated with your fishing activity near their business
• Engagement metrics such as how you interact with their location listing or promotional deals
• Aggregated statistics about user activity in their area

No Expectation of Privacy

By using Jigg, you acknowledge and agree that your capture data, location data, and engagement activity may be visible to and shared with Location Admins who manage locations near where you fish or interact with within the app. You should have no expectation of privacy with respect to such data being accessible to these third-party business operators.

Third-Party Privacy Practices

Location Admins are independent third parties and are responsible for their own data handling practices. Jigg is not responsible for how Location Admins use, store, or protect data shared with them. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any business you interact with through the platform.
